We are looking for a Senior CRM Consultant who wants to create measurable business impact for our clients. You'll define, build and optimise CRM and customer data solutions that drive lead generation, sales growth, customer service experience, and customer loyalty.

The job & what you’d be working on
We are looking for a Senior CRM consultant with a strong hands-on experience and proven ability to turn CRM and customer data into measurable growth. You will be in a key role in advising our clients and delivering CRM solutions that directly support their commercial and customer experience goals.

As a more senior expert, you are expected to also be able to mentor colleagues that are in the early stages of their career.
As a Senior CRM consultant, you'll take ownership of defining, building and optimising CRM and customer data solutions that drive lead generation, sales growth, customer service experience, and customer loyalty. In this role, you will help bring marketing, sales, and service closer together by designing and implementing automated, intelligent, data-driven practices, customer lifecycle solutions, and digital services for customers and partners. You are comfortable challenging existing ways of working and proposing improvements based on data and experience. You have deep experience working with customer data and enabling data-driven marketing, sales, and service processes. You are endlessly driving to improve the customer experience at all stages of the customer journey and understand how CRM design choices impact business outcomes.
We expect you to have extensive hands-on experience from implementing, operating, and improving one or more CRM tools, along with a deep understanding of customer journeys, business processes and system integrations that drive those great customer experiences.
By nature, you are analytical and enjoy solving complex problems. You are able to bring clarity and structure to uncertain and hectic situations. You are ambitious and results-oriented in everything you do, but you like to have fun as well.

Skills and experience we expect you to have:
Extensive hands-on expertise in implementing, configuring, and operating CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics
Analytical and curious mindset, ability to see outside the box
Ability to quickly identify business challenges and opportunities, and create an actionable plan to address them
Ability to communicate clearly about complex issues to both C Suite level audiences and to technical teams
Experience in using AI as a part of impactful use of CRM and digital sales solutions
Fundamental understanding of data models and integrations
Interest in digital sales technologies and proficiency in understanding the technical aspects of tools
Language: professional proficiency in English
Additionally, we highly value any relevant additional skills, such as:
Marketing Automation platforms, for example, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua, Exponea/Bloomreach, Customer.io, Braze etc
Front-end development, e.g. HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript
Service-, UX-, and/or graphic design
Sales development
Analytics and business intelligence
