The job & what you’d be working on
We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Sales Associate to join our sales & marketing team in Finland. In this role, you can combine your knowledge of technology and digital sales and marketing, and find opportunities to help future and existing clients.
You would primarily work at the top of our sales funnel, so you’ll have a great opportunity to develop and advance your career in sales, sales development, and business development. Your daily work consists of reaching out to prospective leads of target accounts by email and LinkedIn, but also via phone and in-person to develop new business opportunities. You will manage and nurture inbound and outbound generated leads. You will use CRM, prospecting tools, and other tools effectively to run leads and accounts through every step of the sales cycle.
You are eager to explain the value of Columbia Road’s services to potential and current customers, as well as senior executives. As a part of the sales & marketing team, you will set and achieve targets for our customer acquisition and business growth. You are also someone who proactively growth hacks and optimizes your own work and sales processes.
This is an opportunity to gain valuable experience in consultative B2B sales within the digital sales and marketing field. You'll join a team of humble and hard-working professionals who are all about helping people and companies. We pay extra attention to professional growth and learning, and you’ll have a chance for regular mentoring with a Roadie of your own choosing - or several!
Skills and experience we expect you to have
- Some work experience in (B2B) sales and/or prospecting, or outbound contacting
- Personal interest in sales, sales development, digital consulting, and initiating outbound contacting and booking meetings
- Technical ability and motivation to work with CRM and prospecting tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Finnish and English
- Great attention to detail
- Systematic and process-oriented work manner
- Ability to take ownership of your work, proactiveness, and good teamwork skills
- Technical understanding of the digital sales and marketing landscape
- Previous experience of working at a rapidly growing company is a bonus
Recruitment process
The deadline for applications is November 16th, 2025 (Sunday). After sending your application, you can expect to hear back from us by November 21st at latest, and you will be notified of the status of your application at each stage. The interview process consists of a short video phase and 1-2 interview round(s) where you will meet our sales team members. All phases will be conducted for selected candidates from mid-November to early December. We look forward to hearing from you soon!
Timing
Optimally you would start full-time (or part-time) already in early 2026 and the latest start date for this role is in February - March. Contract details, including the start date and contract type, will be discussed and set together with the selected candidate. If you have ongoing studies, we can agree on flexible hours while you finish your degree.
