The job & what you’d be working on
We are strengthening our Salesforce and CRM capabilities in Stockholm and looking for experienced consultants who want to play a key role in both client success and our local growth journey.
As a CRM / Salesforce Developer at Columbia Road, you will:
- Build and scale CRM solutions (preferably Salesforce) that unlock data-driven insights and improved customer experiences within sales, marketing and service.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients — helping them connect business strategy with technology, improve sales processes, and identify opportunities for automation and AI.
- Contribute to developing new commercial opportunities, building networks, and growing our presence in Sweden.
- Work in cross-functional teams with consultants, designers, and developers to deliver real business impact.
This is a senior role suited to someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with business acumen, and who is curious about the potential of AI and intelligent agents in transforming sales and marketing.
Skills and experience we expect you to have:
- Hunger to drive change and create business value
- Solid hands-on experience with CRM, preferably Salesforce (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience and Data Clouds).
- Ability to connect business requirements with technical solutions — turning data into insights and scalable processes.
- Experience with integrations between CRM and other business systems (ERP, marketing automation, data platforms).
- Knowledge of data modelling and customer data architecture to enable scalable solutions.
- Curiosity around AI and automation in marketing and sales.
- Proven consulting skills: problem-solving, communication, and client management.
- Track record in developing commercial relationships and contributing to business growth.
- Fluency in Swedish and English (professional level).
- Agency or consultancy experience
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g. Marketing Cloud, Pardot).
- Salesforce development skills (Lightning, APEX, Visualforce) and architectural understanding.
